Toyota Kenya plans to start an automobile trade-in campaign as a part of its business strategy to boost the sales of new vehicles. The campaign will allow drivers to drive away with a new car by paying a small fee and exchanging their old vehicle.

The campaign was started by CFAO Motors Kenya Limited, along with its affiliates that deal in used cars. As a result, customers can now easily upgrade their vehicles by exchanging their old vehicles with a vehicle of higher price/specs. Although the majority of the second-hand car yards perform this type of business activity, it is one of its kind on a macro level.

According to the statement issued by the managing director of CFAO Motors Kenya LImited, the primary purpose of the campaign was to boost new vehicle sales in the country. In addition, they wanted to introduce newer and better vehicles to the Kenyan public at modest prices.

Toyota is the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of brand-new cars. It offers a large fleet of vehicles in every car category with variations in prices according to the regional requirements. From SUVs to Sedans, one can find different models and types of comfortable cars in their large pool of vehicles. The car trade-in offer allows Toyota's customers, including private firms and people. This, in turn, will result in a greater number of sales, benefiting the company and its employees. CFAO Motors Kenya Limited has made a checklist to assist them in smooth trade-in operations. The checklist's primary purpose is to allow the company to precisely evaluate the vehicle's current worth. Model and mileage are some of the most important components of the checklist. Moreover, the vehicle must have genuine legal documentation, its engine should be functioning properly, and it must not be mentioned in any legal document (Police report for stealing).

The checklist could inspect the vehicle's overall condition and ensure it hasn't been in any accidents. According to the company's spokesperson, Automark, a subsidiary, will be responsible for managing the trade-in operations. Automark is a brand to reckon with for certified pre-owned vehicles.

Similarly, the vehicle servicing division is managed by AutoFast, while another company, Winpart, deals in used spare parts. Toyota Tsusho Corporation owns all these companies. In addition, DT Dobie and pan-African CFAO group is also owned by Toyota Tsusho Corporation. CFAO Motors Kenya is among the top car Toyota vehicle dealers in Kenya. Its sales witnessed growth even during 2020 when almost every organization suffered losses due to the outbreak of Covid-19.

So, do not go anywhere if you want to upgrade your vehicle by paying a minimal amount. Instead, check out the different cars available at the Toyota sales drive and purchase a new one for yourself according to your budget. This is a once-in-a-lifetime offer that can hardly be found in other parts of the world. Just take your old car to the Toyota sales drive, pay extra cash, and drive out with a new car.
